Culinaria’s Delightful Restaurant Weeks Give Everyone a Boost to Try New Restaurants like Carriqui

 

 

Starting January 16, Culinaria’s Delightful Restaurant Weeks offers people a chance to try many new restaurants in and around San Antonio.

 

Culinaria’s Delightful Restaurant Weeks

 

This includes the flavorsome menu offerings from San Antonio’s neighborhood oasis, Carriqui. Restaurant Week is a celebration of San Antonio’s love of food on a city-wide, collaborative mission to raise funds to support our local hospitality industry. Each purchase from Carriqui’s menu provides a giveback to Culinaria. Their three-course prix fixe menu has been specially crafted by Executive Chef, Jaime Gonzalez, offering unique lunch and dinner options from Monday, January 16 to Friday, January 27.

 

 

Lunch menu:

Lunch hours are Monday to Sunday from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Prix fixe menu can be purchased at $30 per person with a $2 donation to Culinaria. The menu is included below.

Appetizer selection of the following:

  • Chips & Dip – choice of: Salsa Rosada | Salsa Verde | Salsa Cruda | Guacamole | Queso | Texas Caviar

 

Main Course options consist of the following:

  • Fried Fish Tacos – shredded cabbage, pico de gallo, lime, sour cream, cilantro rice

  • Ribeye Steak Sandwich – shaved beef, horseradish cream, potato salad

Dessert choices between the following:

  • Chocolate Cake – caramel mousse and almond sesame brittle

  • Carriqui Pecan Pie

 

 

Dinner Menu:

Dinner hours are Sunday to Thursday from 4:00 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. and Friday to Saturday from 4:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Prix fixe menu can be purchased for $55 per person with a $5 donation to Culinaria. The menu is included below.

 

Appetizer options are between the following:

  • Chips & Dip – choice of: Salsa Rosada | Salsa Verde | Salsa Cruda | Guacamole | Queso | Texas Caviar

  • Caesar Salad – gem lettuce, chips, garlic, avocado oil, anchovies, parmesan

  • Carriqui Salad – jicama, radish, lime, crispy hibiscus

Main Course entrées consist of the following:

  • Blackened Fish a la Plancha – cilantro lime rice and poblano aioli

  • Smoked Crispy Quail – corn cake, Texas caviar, and local honey

  • Cabrito Tamal – Texas pecan mole, onions, sesame seeds

 

Dessert choices to choose from the following:

  • Chocolate Cake – caramel mousse and almond sesame brittle

  • Carriqui Pecan Pie
