Hillside, a cozy boutique Hotel located in the quaint town of Castroville just west of San Antonio, is having their first Wine Tasting of the New Year January 26th. This after 5 Sip & Swirl starts 2023 with bright flavorful New World wines where you’ll be tasting 4 selections of wines to start the New Year.
Join us for a great evening of wines, music, appetizer and dessert pairing! Our VIP tickets include open wine bar of the tasting wines till 9:00pm!
Weston Ripps will be joining us and playing his great music. Our chefs will be creating great appetizers and our Bistro dinner menu is available!

• Piatelli Vineyards Brut Sparkling Pinot Noire from Mendoza, Argentina.
• Hartford Court Chardonnay. A traditional chardonnay, aged 9-1/2 months in French oak from Sonoma County.
• Piatella from Argentina is a 100% Torrontés natural sweet white wine with hints of floral and honeydew.
• Fourth wine selected by the Wine & Bistro team.
