Chef Jason Dady Concepts (Tre Trattoria, Range, and Roca & Martillo) Join in Restaurant Weeks
WHAT:
Chef Jason Dady Restaurants is excited to participate in Culinaria’s San Antonio Restaurant Weeks, offering specially crafted prix fixe menus at Range, Roca & Martillo and Tre Trattoria from Saturday, Jan. 17, through Saturday, Jan. 31. All three restaurants will feature delicious three-course lunch and dinner options showcasing Chef Dady’s signature culinary dishes at value-driven prices, with lunch starting at $30 per person, dinner starting at $45 per person at Tre Trattoria and Roca & Martillo, and $55 per person at Range.
Range will feature dishes like Carnaroli “King Risotto” with butternut squash, roasted pumpkin, candied pepitas, charred lemon, pecorino and brown butter sage; Pan Roasted Ora King Salmon with grilled asparagus and lemon aioli; Herb-Roasted Chicken with brussels sprouts; and Mississippi Mud Pie with Nutella torte, cocoa nibs, chocolate ganache and vanilla chantilly. Roca & Martillo’s menu highlights include Cauliflower Bisque with saffron oil and Italian herb crema; Rigatoni Pomodoro with “All the Tomatoes” sauce, mozzarella and sweet basil; Parmigiano Fried Chicken with creamy Yukon gold mashers and parmigiano gravy; and Nutella Torte with peanut butter mousse, banana jam, candied peanuts and salted caramel. Tre Trattoria will showcase items such as Pulled-to-Order Mozzarella with sea salt and garlic toast; Crispy Skin Rainbow Trout with Italian salsa verde and extra virgin olive oil; Creamy Sun Dried Tomato Pesto Fusillotto with baby spinach and shaved ricotta salata; and Nutella X3 with Nutella torte, ganache and mousse ($8 supplement).
