Chef Jason Dady Concepts is Celebrating Easter at Range & Tre Trattoria with Prix Fixe Menus and a Festive Brunch Buffet at Roca & Martillo.

 Chef Jason Dady Restaurants is delighted to offer special brunch experiences at Roca & Martillo, Range, and Tre Trattoria this Easter Sunday, April 5. Both Range and Tre Trattoria will serve prix fixe menus featuring each restaurant’s signature items alongside spring-forward additions, while Roca & Martillo will showcase a festive buffet highlighting sweet and savory dishes.

Roca & Martillo invites guests to celebrate Easter with a brunch buffet priced at $59.95 per guest with a kids’ option at $19.95. To start, guests can choose from freshly baked muffins and croissants, yogurt with granola and nuts, and a fresh fruit bar. Hot dish highlights include a Spinach & White Cheddar Frittata with chive crema, Petite Lemon Baked Salmon, Chicken & Waffle Bites and a Tuscan Marinated Sirloin Carving Station—all complemented by a Signature Caesar Salad, Cucumber Cherry Tomato & Red Onion Salad and fresh Tigelle Bread. Range’s four-course, Tuscan Italian-focused brunch is $49.95 per person, with a kids’ menu option available for $19.95 per child. The meal kicks off with a signature Easter Rosé Spritz aperitif, followed by a choice of a soup or salad. Every table is then treated to a Chef’s Spring Board of warm baked brie, housemade jam, artisan crackers and honeycomb. Entreé options include White Cheddar Garden Frittata and Campagnelle Bolognese Classico. The meal closes with a Mississippi Mud Pie featuring Nutella torte, cocoa nibs, chocolate ganache, and vanilla Chantilly. Tre Trattoria is offering a four-course Easter brunch priced at $59.95 per guest with a kids’ menu at $19.95. The meal begins with an optional Blush & Bloom aperitif ($16) with a choice of starter, followed by a shared table course of Prosciutto di Parma with melon, artisan torta, house jam and honeycomb. Entrées highlight favorites such as Herb-Crusted Salmon and Nutella Stuffed French Toast. The dessert features Nutella x3 with Nutella torte, ganache and mousse.
