The St. Paul Square Dinner Club is honored to showcase Chef Lopez for a very special one-night-only dinner, where he will present a multi-course menu that reflects his signature style—creative, expressive and grounded in both technique and soul. Guests can expect dishes that are dynamic, unexpected, and above all, delicious!
Chef Geronimo Lopez, the newly appointed Vice President of Culinary Operations for the San Antonio Food Bank, is famed for his incredibly unique Peruvian-Japanese fusion cuisine, inventive approach and deep respect for flavor, Chef Lopez has long been a driving force in San Antonio’s dining scene.

Many will remember him as the chef and owner behind the beloved Botika at Pearl, where he masterfully blended Peruvian and Asian influences into a vibrant, boundary-pushing menu. Most recently, he led the kitchen at Supper and Hotel Emma, where his thoughtful, ingredient-driven cuisine continued to earn acclaim. Today, he brings that same passion and purpose to his esteemed new role as the chef leading culinary initiatives at the San Antonio Food Bank—furthering his commitment to community through food.

In fact, a portion of proceeds from this dinner will be donated to the San Antonio Food Bank.
“One of my missions as the chef of the Food Bank is to bring the purpose of our core mission of ‘food for today, food for tomorrow, food for a lifetime’ to everyone in our community. It’s not just a slogan, it’s the credo we believe in. By doing these types of dinners, the purpose is to not only help raise funds for our community but also to bring our message of unity around good food and support for our culinary community. And what better way to do that than by gathering around the table and sharing a beautiful meal.” says Chef Lopez.
