Castle Hills Restaurant Now Offers Private Cooking Classes, Demos and More
Castle Hills’ restaurant & premier dining destination, Clementine, is opening its kitchen to the community with the launch of its private cooking classes and demos. Guests are given an exclusive, behind-the-scenes look at how the restaurant’s celebrated favorites are prepared.
The restaurant is launching a new dining package for guests seeking a more intimate experience. Chef John and his team will offer two unique experiences: hands-on cooking classes where guests prepare Clementine’s signature dishes, and guided demonstrations that give an insider look at the kitchen’s techniques and secrets.

buyout lunch or dinner service, or through the restaurant’s
@Home program.
Clementine offers six distinct private cooking classes and demos. From pasta-making and cooking with seasonal produce to mastering basic knife skills, there’s something for everyone eager to explore food preparation and the culinary magic behind Clementine. For those curious outside the classes offered, guests have the luxury to coordinate a fully customized experience.
