Castle Hills Neighborhood Eatery, Clementine, Closes Out the Year with a Lineup of Culinary Events

Starting with a series of exclusive, curated dinners designed for only 12 guests each night and ending with their Countdown Dinner on New Year’s Eve, you will be sure to have a wonderful culinary time!

What:

Truffle Feed Me

From Dec. 18 through Dec. 30, Clementine will debut its limited-time Truffle Feed Me experience. Each evening, the chefs will craft an exclusive five-course prix-fixe menu that celebrates the textures and flavors of truffle, highlighting seasonal ingredients, chef-driven creativity, and the restaurant’s signature style.

This intimate culinary experience is limited to 12 guests per night, offering a personalized and memorable journey centered on one of the season’s most luxurious ingredients.

Patrons can secure a seat by booking in advance on OpenTable and adding “Truffle Feed Me” in the reservation notes.

Patio & Pearls

The final Patio & Pearls celebration of 2025 returns on Thursday, Dec. 18. The evening offers freshly shucked oysters, an extensive wine selection, live entertainment by Chris Guerrero, and the opportunity to order from Clementine’s dinner menu.

A long-loved tradition for returning guests and a welcoming introduction for first-timers, it’s an ideal setting for unwinding and connecting. With no cover charge, guests are invited to arrive early, stay late, and savor an enchanting night under the open sky.

Friday Lunch: Holiday Edition

The restaurant’s one-day-only lunch will take place on Friday, Dec. 19, from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. This December, the Clementine team is celebrating the holiday season with a joyful, curated menu filled with festive, seasonal flavors.
Tickets are priced at $59 per person. Reservations are encouraged, and guests hoping to enjoy this month’s exclusive lunch may secure their seat via OpenTable.

The Clementine Countdown Dinner: NYE

Chefs John and Elise Russ welcome guests to the final dinner service of 2025, featuring a specially curated four-course prix-fixe menu served from 5 p.m. to 9 p.m. To celebrate the arrival of a new year, each guest will enjoy a complimentary glass of champagne — the perfect way to toast 2026.

For each course, guests may choose between two signature Clementine dishes. Menu highlights include truffle and white bean cream, country-fried quail, cacio e pepe, and Barolo-braised beef short rib, among other seasonal offerings. Seating for the New Year’s dinner service is limited, and patrons are encouraged to make a reservation via OpenTable.
