Cancun’s Grand Dame Announces New Mixologist + Cocktail Program

This Fall, Cancun’s award-winning Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach Cancún All Inclusive Spa Resort is debuting a new cocktail program lead by the hotel’s newest team member Mixologist, Alejandro Moo. The carefully curated cocktail menu crafted by Alejandro and his team perfectly complements Grand Fiesta Americana Coral Beach’s three newest dining outlets – Havanna Club Steakhouse and Latin Lounge, an Argentinian Mexican Style Steak House; Chianti Il Consorzio, an elegant Italian Ristorante, and Torii, featuring Asian-Fusion cuisine – which officially opened this summer.

Located within 40,000 square feet of reclaimed space, each of the three restaurants have been meticulously constructed with the utmost attention to detail. A sleek glass elevator descends from the hotel’s lobby into an elegantly decorated lounge and bar, where guests can relax in anticipation of their dining experience.

These Newly Constructed Modern, Gourmet Dining Options are Complimented by Exceptional Cocktail Offerings.

To celebrate, Alejandro and his talented team have created the following selection of namesake cocktails for guests to enjoy before, during or even after their dining experience.
