Chef Alessia, who has been a pastry chef for over 10 years, can’t wait for everyone to try her new bonbon flavor, Cloud Caramel, made with marshmallow and a luscious traditional caramel.
*Pastry & Baking Classes
Chef Alessia started offering online pastry and baking classes during the pandemic and eventually transitioned into offering in-person classes that span the gamut, from chocolate making to all kinds of breads and pastries.
Her upcoming class on Sourdough Bread takes place on May 18th. Students will not only learn the ins and outs of working with sourdough, but get to take home one baked loaf and enough raw dough for a second loaf.
“I enjoy teaching my students everything I know about pastry, and my students love to learn, have fun and meet new people. My classes are usually a mix, from beginners to advanced students, but they’re all very enthusiastic,” says Chef Alessia Benavides.
