Awesome French Eatery Located at The Pearl Pays Tribute to Provence with Next La Table
Awesome French eatery is hosting the next iteration of La Table de Chou Chou, the recently launched quarterly tasting menu at Brasserie Mon Chou Chou, the beloved French restaurant at San Antonio’s Pearl from Southerleigh Hospitality Group. Executive Chef Laurent Réa will focus on the cookery and wines of Provence, located on the Mediterranean coast in the south of France, in an exclusive dining experience. The menu is included below.
Because of the overwhelming interest in the first La Table dinner focused on Alsace, the Provence menu is being offered on two nights – June 28 and 29 at 6:30pm – though the first night is already sold out. Instagram followers of the restaurant were privy to the first announcement of this event! Tickets are $300 per person (including food, wine, tax and gratuity) and are now available. Reservations for June 29 are limited and can be requested by emailing stephanie@southerleigh.com with the number of guests in your party. Reservations are not set until you receive an email confirmation.
