Argentinean Riverwalk Hotel Launches Café Naranja Breakfast Option

Hotel Valencia Riverwalk‘s restaurant, Dorrego’s,  has launched a lineup of Café Naranja breakfast options for guests. Breakfast offerings include cinnamon rolls made from Dorrego’s restaurant beef tallow house dough. Chorizo kolaches featuring house-made chorizo and beef tallow dough are also available, along with tortillas con jamon y queso (pastry crust filled with sautéed onions, prosciutto, cream cheese and mozzarella cheese). 

“The beef tallow we use in our house-made dough yields a dough that is flaky, rich and full of flavor,” said Dorrego’s Executive Chef Brian Randolph. “It’s a popular ingredient in Argentinean cooking and baking.”

Yogurt parfaits and fruit cups are also available, along with mocha, cappuccino, frappé, latte and espresso beverages. The Café Naranja offerings are available for purchase Monday through Friday, from 7 a.m. to 11 a.m.
