Amazing Southtown Chef, Tim McDiarmid, will Hold Her Third Evenings at Ivy series Event, a Harvest Festival Dinner
Chef Tim McDiarmid, also known as Tim The Girl, an amazing Southtown Chef is set to hold her third Evenings at Ivy series event, on Thursday, November 17th from 7pm to 10pm where she & her team will host a Harvest Festival Dinner featuring Fall-inspired food & cocktails including a chili bar, hot chocolate bar, live music, fire pits, s’mores & more!
Ivy Hall Events, located at 1127 S. St. Mary’s St., San Antonio, TX 78210, is set to hold its third Evenings at Ivy series event, on Thursday, November 17th from 7pm to 10pm where local celebrity chef, Tim McDiarmid, also known as Tim The Girl, will host a Harvest Festival Dinner featuring Fall-inspired food & cocktails.
Canadian by birth, San Antonian by choice. Prominent local Chef, Tim The Girl is a master of farm-to-table cuisine and owner of The Good Kind Hospitality Group, which includes Ivy Hall Events, Tim The Girl Catering, and The Good Kind. She is well-known in the culinary community for hosting beautiful caterings & events.
The first Evenings at Ivy series kick off occurred in April 2021, which included several local chefs who came together to raise money for the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. This Evenings at Ivy event will be hosted by Chef Tim The Girl herself & takes inspiration from the Fall season.
McDiarmid will serve a chili bar, hot chocolate bar, and have fire pits along with smores kits. Features from Viva Brewery, Absolut, and Kahlua will be offered, as well as pumpkin spiced old fashioned by Smooth Ambler’s Contradiction Bourbon. Guests can immerse themselves in the beautiful gardens of Ivy Hall Events with live music by the band Fatsauce, a hip San Antonio-based band that covers great hits with a unique spin. Additionally, Ivy Hall will have fire pits going – perfect for roasting s’mores.
