River Walk Hotel Celebrates National Tequila Day with Specialty Tequila Cocktails July 24
Hotel Valencia Riverwalk, a Valencia Hotel Collection property, is offering hotel guests and locals alike the opportunity to celebrate National Tequila Day on Friday, July 24. The hotel’s talented mixologists have created three sophisticated cocktails to commemorate National Tequila Day. These are: the Rosé de Jalisco, the Valencia Passion, and the Espresso de Oro.
The Rosé de Jalisco is made with Código Blanco tequila, Solerna blood orange liqueur, lime juice and orange bitters, and is topped with Rosé sparkling wine. It is served in a wine glass and garnished with an orange wheel.
The Valencia Passion is made with Código Blanco tequila, Primo Aperitivo, passionfruit syrup and lime juice and is topped with club soda. It is shaken and served on ice in a rocks glass, and garnished with an edible flower.
The Espresso de Oro is made with Altos Reposado tequila, Licor 43 and espresso. It is shaken and served on ice in a rocks glass, and garnished with an orange twist and espresso beans.
Each cocktail is available for $15 from 5 p.m. to midnight. Hotel Valencia Riverwalk is partnering with Código Tequila on a happy hour event from 5 to 7 p.m. that day. Código Tequila brand representatives will pass out samples of their blanco tequila as well as sample sizes of the Rosé de Jalisco and the Valencia Passion cocktails.
