Milk Chocolate
Their milk chocolate is rich and creamy, full of flavor. The sweetness level is just right and the chocolate started to melt almost as soon and as I popped it in my mouth. Of course, I had to have a second piece (as I did with each of the flavors) just to make sure I got the total experience. The milk chocolate was mild, not an overpowering chocolate experience. The milk chocolate Hazelnut and Macadamia had an added creaminess from the macadamia nuts and an added crunch from the hazelnuts. I liked it a lot, as I usually like some crunch in my chocolate.
Dark Chocolate
The dark chocolate bars were even better than the milk chocolate for me. I have always been a fan of dark chocolate, even before it became popular. I like that it usually has a slight bitter taste compared to milk chocolate. Their dark chocolate has a deeper richness with less sweet than the milk chocolate. The dark chocolate is a keto friendly delight. Now, I’m getting to my favorite bar, the dark with orange and almonds. Oh yes, what a delight this was. Crunchy almonds from California combined with sweet oranges from Spain all mixed with this dark chocolate I already love. Give me more please because I am in LOVE! No one gets to touch this one but me.
Blonde Caramelized White Chocolate
The last bar, RED’s newest creation, is the Blonde Caramelized White Chocolate and it took me by surprise! I am not usually a fan of white chocolate but I do love caramel. And folks, this caramelized bar was fantastic. The company made a good decision adding this to their product line. RED Chocolate uses a crafting technology that whips and heats milk until it caramelizes. They then add it to the perfect white chocolate base making a caramelized decadent treat. This RED Blonde Chocolate is truly one of a kind. And get this, one diamond (square) of this bar is the same calories as an apple slice!
