BACARDÍ Miami Style Piña Colada
- 2 oz BACARDÍ Añejo Cuatro or BACARDÍ Reserva Ocho
- 2 oz fresh pineapple juice
- 1 oz cream of coco or Real mix
- 1 oz coconut milk
Method: Shake all ingredients with ice and strain into a large glass filled with ice. Garnish with a pineapple leaf and ground cinnamon.
BACARDÍ Tropical Mojito
- 1 ½ oz BACARDÍ Tropical
- ¾ oz lime juice (lime wedges)
- 12 fresh mint leaves
- 2 tsp extra fine sugar
- ¾ oz club soda
Method: Squeeze lime wedges into a highball glass with sugar and gently press together the limes and sugar. Add mint to the glass, and press with a bar spoon to release oil. Fill half the glass with crushed ice, add BACARDÍ Tropical rum and stir. Top with crushed ice, a sprig of mint and club soda.
BACARDÍ Cuatro Daquiri
- 2 oz BACARDÍ Añejo Cuatro
- 1 oz lime juice
- 1/3 oz extra fine sugar
Method: Add sugar and lime juice in a cocktail shaker and stir until the sugar dissolves. Pour in the BACARDÍ Cuatro rum and fill the shaker with half-cubed ice, followed by some half-crushed ice. Shake vigorously until thoroughly chilled. Strain into a chilled coupette.
