The Rémy Sidecar
- 2oz Rémy Martin 1738 Accord Royal
- ¾ oz Cointreau
- ¾ oz lemon juice
Instructions:
- Pour 2 oz of Rémy Martin 1738 Accord Royal, ¾ oz of Cointreau and ¾ oz of lemon juice into a shaker filled with ice.
- Shake, strain and pour into a coupette glass.
- Finish with lemon peel for freshness.

BACARDÍ Old Cuban
Ingredients:
- 2 oz BACARDÍ Reserva Ocho
- 2 ½ oz Martini & Rossi® Prosecco
- 4 mint leaves
- 1 oz simple syrup
- 1 oz lime juice
- 2 dashes bitters
Method: Combine all the ingredients (except prosecco) in a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake vigorously. Double strain, and top with prosecco. Garnish with a mint leaf float.

½ ounce of strawberry syrup
½ ounce in lemon juice
top with champagne
Garnish with strawberry and citrus peel
Directions: Add everything to a shaker except the champagne. Shake then strain into a champagne glass. Top with champagne and garnish with strawberry and citrus peel.

2 parts Kraken® Original
2 lime slices
Muddled mint leaves
1 tbsp. sugar
Top with soda
In a Collins glass, add mint leaves, sugar and lime, muddle together. Add ice and Kraken®, then top with soda.

A slice of pineapple and some pineapple leaves to decorate
Directions: Place lots of ice in your cocktail shaker. Add 1.5 oz. Torres 10, 1 oz. Magdala Orange Liqueur, 1 oz. pineapple juice, 1 oz. coconut cream, ½ oz. fresh lemon juice. Strain the mix in a highball glass (Collins style glass). Decorate with pineapple leaves, and a slice of pineapple, and add some crushed ice.

Torres Old Fashioned

⅓ oz. Sugar syrup

Splash of chocolate bitters

Dash of cherry bitters

Dash of Angostura bitters
Directions: Place the ingredients directly in an Old Fashioned glass. Make a strip of orange zest. Add the sugar syrup. Add a splash of chocolate bitters. Add a dash of cherry bitters. Add a dash of Angostura Orange Bitters. Squeeze and remove the orange peel (use it again – recycle!). Add a cube of ice. Add 1 oz. Torres 20. Stir, dissolve and cool slowly. Add a second cube of ice. Add another 1 oz. Torres 20. Stir, dissolve and cool again. Finish off with some ice, and garnish with a twist of orange.
