BOOZY BRUNCH COCKTAIL RECIPES
Corralejo Morning Margarita
2 oz. Corralejo Reposado
2 oz. Blood Orange Juice
Fresh Squeezed
1⁄2 oz. Lime Juice
1⁄2 oz. Agave Nectar
Method: Combine ingredients into a shaker filled with ice. Shake vigorously and strain over ice in a rocks glass. Garnish with a blood orange wheel. Salt rim.

1.5oz Cutwater Gin
.5oz Aperol
.75oz Cantaloupe Syrup
.75oz Coconut Yogurt
.75oz Lemon juice
Directions: Add all ingredients to a cocktail tin with pebble ice. Shake tin and pour into a rocks glass. Top with more ice and garnish with 3 frozen cantaloupe balls on a cocktail pick and a marigold flower.
White Russian
1 oz St. George NOLA Coffee Liqueur
1 oz St. George All Purpose Vodka
3/4 oz heavy cream
Directions: Shake all ingredients with ice until well chilled, then strain into an Old Fashioned glass over big ice.

Smoothies are just boring Bloody Marys. Let’s fix that problem, shall we? Take your standard green smoothie lineup—including spinach, green tomatoes, carrot juice, aloe vera, and lemon—add a little Seagram’s 100 Proof, and call us in the morning.
2 oz. Seagram’s 100 Proof Vodka
1⁄2 oz. Puréed Spinach
1⁄2 oz. Green Tomato Juice
1⁄2 oz. Carrot Juice
1⁄2 oz. Lemon Juice
1⁄2 oz. Aloe Vera Juice
1⁄2 tsp. Minced Garlic
Cubed Ice
Method: Rim a highball glass with celery salt and fill the glass with ice. Combine all ingredients in the glass over the ice and stir with a bar spoon. Garnish with a celery stalk, sliced carrot, parsley, cucumber and lemon rounds and an edible flower.

1.5 oz mango juice
0.5 oz rosemary syrup
Directions: In a cute flute, stir together juice and syrup. Top with chilled prosecco. Garnish with a sprig of rosemary.
