County Line I-10 Makes Hand-crafted Cocktail Remedies for the Summer Heat
What’s hotter than County Line barbecue? Texas summers, that’s what!
Summer’s here…..and that means 100-degree days. One sure-fire cure: drop by County Line BBQ on IH-10 and have some frosty cold hand-crafted cocktails, created by Garrett Stephens, Assistant GM, mixologist, pitmaster and chef, at The County Line Bar-B-Q restaurant at 4334 Hyatt Place Drive (on IH-10 West between the Wurzbach and Huebner Road exits).
All beers and some cocktails are discounted during County Line IH-10’s happy hour, which runs Mondays through Fridays from 3 to 7 p.m. Happy hour includes $1 off beer, house margaritas, its high-end well selection, and all appetizers.
“Enjoy one of these summer cocktails, then order some of County Line’s perfectly smoked, cut-it-with-a-fork barbeque so you don’t heat up your kitchen (or you!),” says Stephens. “Now you have the perfect formula to beat the summertime blues.”
