About Chef Swap Series
Coming to a kitchen near you, Chef Swap features some of our top chef talent creating a delicious collaborative dinner experience.
Our Next Chef Swap Dinner is at Botika, Wednesday, June 9, Featuring Chefs Geronimo Lopez and PJ Edwards.
A six-course dinner with wine pairings will be served at 6:30 PM. The cost is $125 per person.

Culinaria is an independent, not-for-profit organization, registered 501 c (3) tax-exempt organization, committed to promoting San Antonio as a premier food and wine destination, while fostering community growth and enrichment within the city we call home. For the past 19 years, Culinaria has been promoting locally sourced food and wine experiences in the San Antonio region through community events and culinary education opportunities, including Restaurant Weeks, a 5K run, a festival, and many others. Proceeds from events directly support culinary and education programs, enabling Culinaria to be a largely self-sustaining organization.
