All the way from Seguin, award-winning third-generation pitmaster Adrian Davila is bringing his food trunk to San Antonio to share his authentic Texas barbecue with a uniquely Latin twist. From 4 p.m. to midnight, enjoy his signature dishes like lamb barbacoa tacos, brisket grilled cheese and brisket and sausage Frito pie! Don’t forget to save room for Big Red cake and banana pudding.
