Ritual Pinot Noir 2017- $20.99
Hand picking the grapes in small batches at first light in the cool morning gives the wine good balance and concentration.
This Medium-bodied Pinot Noir has wonderful aromas of raspberry and cherry with hints of floral notes. It is fruity and bright in the mouth with great acidity and texture. The finish is silkiness that is smooth and balanced. This Pinot Noir pairs well with seafood risotto or grilled tuna.

The grapes for this wine are whole-cluster pressed and allowed to sit for 36 hours. Then fermentation takes place in; a) concrete eggs, b) neutral oak barrels and c) stainless steel tanks allowing the creation of different components and varying aromatics, flavors and textures.
This luscious wine with a jewel yellow color has intense aromas of citrus and floral notes combined with white peaches and nectarines enhanced with a well integrated acidity. This wine just tastes like spring to me. What an elegant well rounded wine with an impeccable clean smooth finish. This Sauvignon Blanc pairs will with white fish, chicken, risotto or Caprese salad.
