Fish City Grill, Half Shells Bring Back Popular Taco as Part of February Chalkboard Specials
Fish City Grill and Half Shells are excited to bring back its top-selling taco of all time as part of its February Chalkboard Specials: The Jalapeño Bacon Redfish Tacos feature grilled redfish, crispy cheesy jalapeños, brown sugar bacon and sweet chipotle aioli, served with sweet potato fries for $13.99.
The second month-long Chalkboard Special is Blackened Barramundi and Jumbo Shrimp, which comes with caramelized onion mashed potatoes, chargrilled broccolini and bleu cheese butter for $18.99.
Also in February, Fish City Grill is introducing two items that will go on its permanent menu. The first is the scrumptious New England Style Lobster & Shrimp Roll. This item features Old Bay tarragon mayo on a split-top buttered brioche roll. The sandwich comes with Virginia’s Apple Cider Cole Slaw or fries and is priced at $19.99.
The second addition to the permanent menu is the Nashville Hot Chicken Sandwich, a recipe that brines the chicken for 24 hours before cooking. It comes at a medium heat level for $10.99. The sandwich can also be ordered with no heat.
And my favorite to warm you up on an icy day like today is a hot steaming bowl of Seafood Gumbo….
