Fall Creek Vineyards Helps You Set Your New Year’s Resolution for High Health at this Wine Dinner.
What: The New Year brings resolutions and healthy habits. Join guest chef, Cody Taylor, owner of Industry in San Marcos, for the “Make a Resolution for High Health: Haute Santé!” cooking demo and pairing dinner. The dinner will feature nutritious, delicious soup and salmon salad along with a guilt-free dessert.
Ed and Susan Auler, co-founders of Fall Creek Vineyards, will present the new vintage of Fall Creek Vineyards Lescalo Chenin Blanc with lower alcohol, fewer calories and carbs, and the soon to be released Sangiovese as a salute to high health!
