Southerleigh Haute South is Bringing New ‘Fine Casual’ Concept to the Northwest Side of San Antonio
Southerleigh Hospitality Group, a San Antonio-born group of hand-crafted eateries and microbreweries featuring a modern take on Texas’ coastal classics and locally brewed beers, is excited to announce that they have officially opened their newest restaurant concept, Southerleigh Haute South. The new fine casual concept, located at The RIM development on the Northwest side of San Antonio, has officially opened to the public as of Wednesday, September 30, 2020. They are open for lunch, dinner, and take-out. Southerleigh Haute South features a menu based on Southern-style food including Southerleigh’s signature fried chicken, seafood, and a full oyster bar, paired with Southerleigh’s locally brewed beers. The restaurant also features a unique cocktail program, an approachable wine list, and more. In addition to the signature fried chicken and oysters, the Southerleigh Haute South menu features seafood platters, sandwiches, and salads, as well as lighter options including Southern brined rotisserie chicken with affordable prices ranging from $5 to $18. COVID-19 SAFETY MEASURES:
Southerleigh remains committed to the safety of guests and staff during COVID-19 and will follow the same cleaning and safety procedures at Haute South. Safety measures include an outside professional sanitation crew that fogs, deep cleans and disinfects the entire restaurant at least once a week; touchless QR code menus; refrain from leaving condiments, silverware, flatware, glassware, or other traditional tabletop items on an unoccupied table; additional daily sanitizing; prescreening the health of employees and temperature checks; frequent hand washing; mandatory masks for employees and guests; mandatory gloves for employees; socially-distant tables; and offering hand sanitizer. Southerleigh will also offer curbside pickup and delivery options at Haute South.
