Gaia Herbs Offer You Purity, Integrity & Potency Through Transparency

Offering The World’s First Herb Traceability Platform, Gaia Herbs Empowers You with Knowledge to Truly “Meet Your Herbs”

With Gaia Herbs you will discover industry-leading herbal transparency for the first time. Be able to trace any of their products back to its source to find out exactly what you are getting. With knowledge comes empowerment and with empowerment come awareness. And with awareness comes the ability to make healthier choices.

Gaia Herbs created the Meet Your Herbs platform which leads the way in demonstrating product transparency. The platform tests for heavy metals, pesticides, extract concentration– even DNA!

I like to rely on Mother Nature to help keep me calm and relax. And as with most things I use in or on my body, I want the best products I can find. One of my favorite herbal brands is Gaia Herbs. They believe that plants and people evolved together, that we are inextricably linked, and that plants hold the wisdom we need to heal. I also believe this principle and have found great success with herbal remedies for whatever I am dealing with at any given moment. And now that Gaia Herbs is adding a product ID# to all its products, I love this company even more. (Just enter an Herb ID to search for your product’s batch.)

Right now we, as well as our planet, are going through some stressful times. So we all need to find ways to calm our nerves and help relieve the stress we are feeling. But instead of products or therapies that will cause other problems, we need to look to natural remedies for help. Our planet is full of natural things to help us and these things are called plants. Gaia Herbs grows its herbs organically, sustainably, and intentionally because quality plants yield quality products. Their guiding principles when growing their herbs and ingredients are purity, potency, and integrity.

I recently tried two of their products: their Hemp & Herbs Calm and their Golden Milk for stress support.

Hemp & Herbs Calm

Gaia Herbs

Hemp & Herbs Calm combines full spectrum organic Hemp extract with a harmonious blend of herbs. These herbs are traditionally used for their ability to soothe frayed nerves and support a healthy response to stress.*
• American Skullcap, Lavender, and Passionflower traditionally support a sense of calm & relaxation*
• Holy Basil and Milky Oats traditionally support emotional well-being*

These Liquid Phyto-Caps® come 30 to a bottle and each capsule contains 20 mg of cannabinoids per serving, provided by a full spectrum Hemp extract, made from alcohol-extracted organic Hemp flowers from trusted US farm partners.

These capsules are tested for purity, and are Vegan, Dairy-Free, Gluten-Free, Soy-Free. SRP $24.99

Golden Milk is based on the traditional Ayurvedic recipe that has been savored for centuries and used to support the mind and body in a number of ways.*

Gaia Herbs

Within the ancient branch of medicine in India known as Ayurveda, Golden Milk is a tonic that’s meant to be nourishing, while also tasting delicious.
SRP 4.3oz $22.99

What’s in Golden Milk? Turmeric: supports a healthy inflammatory response in the whole body while maintaining overall health and vitality*! This warm yellow beverage takes its color from Turmeric, which they combine with other traditional Ayurvedic herbs like Black Pepper: promoting the natural release of digestive secretions* and adds a hint of spiciness*, Cardamom: supporting the digestive system*, Vanilla: used to naturally boost mood* and Ashwagandha: adaptogen that tonifies the entire system.*

Making Golden Milk from scratch only takes about 15 minutes – if you have all the ingredients already on hand – but in today’s busy world, sometimes even that can feel like an insurmountable task. That’s why Gaia Herbs created their own convenient version, which honors the Ayurvedic roots of this nourishing drink – and acknowledges the realities of our overscheduled lives.

Golden Milk is vegan and gluten-free with no GMOs or soy, with natural sweetness from Dates. Golden Milk is a convenient modern spin on a revered ancient drink.

How to Make Golden Milk

This drink will both warm you and calm you at the same time. Making Golden Milk is easy. Follow these basic steps to make this Turmeric-based beverage:

Gaia Herbs Golden Milk
Simply heat 1 cup of your favorite milk. Whisk in 1 serving Gaia Herbs Golden Milk. Heat, stirring often, until mixture is quite warm but not boiling. Remove from heat, then pour into a cup and savor immediately.

You can also stir in honey and additional herbs as desired.
For a vegan option, you can substitute non-dairy milk and raw or coconut sugar.
In Ayurveda, milk is traditionally boiled to promote absorption and digestion, and around bedtime, warm milk is considered soothing and soporific.
