Our 2018 Marsanne greets you with an exotic bouquet of tropical fruit with sweet undertones of cut hay, vanilla, and caramel. Fresh lemon, vanilla, and fruit undertones dance on the palate.

Barrel-aged, full-bodied, dry white wine with fruit harvested from High Valley Vineyards in the Texas Hill Country.
Cold fermented with Laffort X16 and co-inoculated using Scott Labs Beta strain for malolactic fermentation and then IOX’d. Barreled down in neutral French oak to age for six months.
In the glass, our 2018 Marsanne is a beautiful shimmery gold color with a translucent rim. Aromas of banana, creme brulee, cut hay, nectarine, and caramel are present. Moderate acidity, fresh lemon, vanilla, and lemon meringue on the palate.
Crab boil, risottos, Camembert, Tete De Moine cheeses
Shimmering pale gold in color with aromas of white peach, saffron, jasmine, and honeysuckle. This wine has moderate acidity and is medium to full-bodied with loads of white peach flavors on the palate.
The grapes for this wine come from our Estate High Valley Vineyard in San Saba County. They were harvested by hand in the early morning hours, arriving at the winery mid-morning where they were whole cluster pressed, then chilled and settled. After racking the juice the following day the juice was inoculated and fermented at low temperatures over a period of 3 weeks. By keeping this wine in stainless steel throughout the winemaking process, this wine is intended to be a true expression of our estate fruit and Hill Country terroir.
Fermented and aged in 100% stainless steel.
This food friendly wine pairs well with local cheeses, Texas shellfish, grilled pork tenderloin and veal.
