For the First Time Ever, Boudro’s and Zinc Offer Curbside Pickup
To meet the immediate needs of loyal guests and the entire San Antonio community, Boudro’s and Zinc are offering curbside pickup to provide both flexibility and takeout dining options during this difficult time for many.
While prioritizing the health and safety of guests and staff, starting Friday (March 20, 2020), you can order from Zinc’s full menu, found here, or Boudro’s partial menu, and get your favorite meal delivered from their curb straight to your car. If you’d like more information or wish to place an order for curbside service, give them a call at their respective phone numbers.
Boudro’s and Zinc are happy to support the San Antonio community as the city has supported them for over 30 years. They thank you for supporting their restaurants during this time of uncertainty. They’re proud to be able to serve the San Antonio community and look forward to serving you again inside their restaurants in the future, but until then, they are excited to offer you their first-ever curbside pickup.

Recipe for home!
Since many of us are staying at home right now, I thought it would be good to include this recipe for Boudro’s famous guacamole. They make it table-side with a great presentation. Be sure to order some for pickup or entertain your family by making it at home. And when the restaurant opens once again for dine-in, stop by and let them make it for you table-side while you watch the riverboats drift by.
Boudro’s Guacamole Recipe
Freshly prepared at your table with diced avocado, roasted tomato and serrano pepper, cilantro and fresh lime and orange juices. Serves two.
Juice of 1/4 of an orange
Juice of 1/2 a lime
1 avocado seeded and scooped out of skin
2 tablespoons roasted and charred Roma tomatoes, diced
1 roasted Serrano pepper, seeded and diced
1 tablespoon medium dice red onions
1 teaspoon chopped cilantro
coarse ground salt to taste (sea salt is better)
Squeeze juices into bowl. Add avocado and coarsely chop. Add onions, roasted tomato, serrano and cilantro fold into avocado mixture. Add salt (more is better). Result should be crudely chopped not mashed. That’s it, enjoy!
