Ready to have some fun this St. Patty’s Day? BetterBody Foods has come up with some recipes (all of which are the color green as well as being healthy and nutritious!) to add some spice to your day. Make a green smoothie for the kids and indulge in some good-for-you ice cream at night.
Start your day off right with a Green PBfit Smoothie! Using spinach and Plant Protein, along with PBfit, this delicious drink will have the kids asking for more:
INGREDIENTS
1/2 banana
2 tbsp PBfit
1 serving BBF Organic Plant Protein

2 large handfuls spinach
1/2 tsp vanilla
1 cup Oatsome Organic Oat Milk
DIRECTIONS
- Place all ingredients in blender & blend until smooth.
- Enjoy!
How about a Matcha Latte for yourself? Skip the coffee this morning and perk yourself up with this green tea drink. It uses Oatsome (oat milk) and Monk Fruit sweetener:

INGREDIENTS
1 Tbsp matcha tea powder
3 Tbsp boiling water
1-2 tsp BBF Monk Fruit Sweetener
8 oz Oatsome
ice
DIRECTIONS
- Place your matcha powder and monk fruit in the bottom of your glass, pour in the boiling water and whisk to combine. Whisk until there are no more clumps.
- Add in the ice to the top of your glass and top off with the oatsome. Mix to combine.
- Enjoy!
PB AVOCADO DELIGHT NICE CREAM

Create a different spin on dessert by using avocado, Greek yogurt and PBfit. Healthy and yummy:
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 medium ripe avocados
2 Tbsp Agave
1/3 cup greek yogurt
1/4 cup PBfit
1/4 cup Oatsome Organic Oat Milk
2 tsp freshly squeezed lime juice
DIRECTIONS
- Combine all the ingredients in a high speed blender and blend until thick and creamy.
2.Transfer to a bowl or loaf pan and freeze for at least 4 hours.
