Visitors can enjoy Christmas Brunch at 18 Oaks, a decadent dining affair that will leave guests stuffed as a stocking on Christmas morning. Enjoy delicious center table entrees like chicken fried quail or blackened Skuna Bay salmon, carving board meats such as rosemary lemon brined turkey, shellfish and salad bars, cured and crafted sides like Texas jalapeno deviled eggs, a bananas foster action station and more. Families will also love Christmas Dinner at Cibolo Moon, a more traditional dining option that’ll leave guests dreaming of sugar plums and buttermilk biscuits. Guests will stuff themselves with chef plates like slow braised beef short rib with crispy fingerling potatoes and pot roast vegetables, scrumptious sides like house made chorizo cornbread stuffing, a children’s buffet, delicious holiday dessert selections from pastry chef Marcos Gonzalez and more. While at the resort on Christmas Day, visitors can also enjoy a free light show choreographed to music that runs every 20 minutes from 6:30 to 10 p.m. in the resort’s backyard. Resort guests will enjoy holiday activities such as an inflatable obstacle course, Christmas craft zone, holiday stuff n’ fluff (similar to Build-A-Bear), family bingo and survival bracelet making.
