Ruffino Prosecco, SVEDKA Vodka and Casa Noble Tequila Share Some Thanksgiving Make-it Yourself Cocktails
Here are some cocktail recipes you are going to want to make for your guests this Thanksgiving. For a larger crowd, the Prosecco Punch is probably the easiest way to go. Make up the base (without Prosecco) ahead of time and store in the refrigerator. About 30 minutes before guests arrive, pour in a punch bowl, add a simple ice ring with fruit (made a day or two before and stored in freezer) and let guests serve themselves. This gives you time to visit with everyone.
RUFFINO PROSECCO BERRY PUNCH
Instructions
1½ parts Ruffino Prosecco
1 part Ruby Porto
1 part white tea
¾ parts lemon juice
½ part 100% cranberry juice
½ part simple syrup
Lemon twist
Fresh cranberries
Method
Combine the ingredients except for the Ruffino Prosecco into a punch bowl. Stir and then add the prosecco. Lightly stir and garnish with a lemon twist and fresh cranberries.
SVEDKA CHERRY HARVEST
INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 part Svedka Cherry
3/4 part Honey
3/4 part Fresh Lime Juice
1/2 part Grapefruit Juice
1/2 part Cherry Heering
1 1/2 part Porter Beer
INSTRUCTIONS
BUILD in cocktail shaker except for beer.
SHAKE AND STRAIN into a Highball glass over ice.
ADD beer and stir.
GARNISH with fresh cherries.
IN NOBLE FASHION

INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz Casa Noble Reposado Tequila
0.5 oz ancho chili liqueur
0.25 oz simple syrup
2 dashes orange bitters
2 drops molé bitters
Orange peel
PREPARATION
Combine all ingredients, except orange peel, into mixing glass and stir.
Strain into glass over ice.
Squeeze orange peel; rub around rim and drop into glass.
RUFFINO JACK OF SPADES

Instructions
2 parts Ruffino Prosecco
1½ parts cognac
¾ parts lemon juice
1 part apple cider
½ part honey syrup (2:1 honey to water)
Apple slices
Method
Shake the cognac, lemon, apple cider, and honey syrup. Strain into a lowball glass with ice and top with Ruffino Prosecco. Garnish with an apple slice.
CASA NOBLE SPICY BUCK

INGREDIENTS
2 oz Casa Noble Reposado Tequila
2 thin slices jalapeño
1 Tbsp sliced ginger
1 oz lemon juice
0.75 oz simple syrup
Ginger ale or ginger beer
Dash bitters
Lemon wedge
PREPARATION
Muddle jalapeño, ginger, lemon juice, and simple syrup in a shaker; add ice.
Shake until chilled.
Strain into glass over ice, top with ginger ale or ginger beer; add bitters.
Garnish with lemon wedge.
