Offering Donation-Only Tickets to Benefit ThriveWell Come Enjoy a Fall Celebration at Los Patios and Meet Fork and Garden
Fork and Garden is a catering and full-service events company with a focus on innovative, free-style cuisine using seasonal and locally-sourced ingredients. Professional Chef and Founder, Iverson Brownell is at the helm, bringing with him decades of experience, including 10 years as the Head Chef for the Sundance Film Festival and the director of culinary operations for the 2004 Olympic Games in Greece for the U.S. Olympic Committee.
Fork and Garden Fall Celebration at Los Patios is an opportunity for the community to experience first-hand the spectrum of fresh, creative flavors and dedication to craft and the guest experience that Fork and Garden continues to offer. Chef Brownell, known for his genuine Southern charm, is excited to share his inspired cuisine with San Antonio and surrounding areas.
The event will be held at The Brazier Party Venue at Los Patios, a stunning indoor/outdoor “treehouse on the ground” surrounded by gorgeous live oak trees, just minutes from the airport. Along with the scintillating tapas-style menu below, there will be a cash bar and live music.
Only 100 tickets are available to this exclusive event with a “donation only,” ticket fee that will go directly to support San Antonio-based ThriveWell Cancer Foundation (thrivewell.org), which is dedicated to finding a cure for cancer by funding cancer research, providing patient support and offering programs to improve the quality of life for patients and their families.
“Fork and Garden is still new to some folks in San Antonio, so we really wanted to put on a beautiful event to show everyone what we can do, and use it as a way to give back [to ThriveWell] at the same time,” says Chef Iverson Brownell. “Once clients get to know us, they come to us because they want us to use our creative freedom. It’s what we’re known for at every event. Now that we’re a preferred vendor at Los Patios, we can do even more.”
Los Patios (lospatios.com) has been a preeminent entertainment venue for over 45 years, offering a one-of-a-kind experience on their beautiful property in central San Antonio.
