For such a youthful and witty holiday celebrated at the lobby bar – Crooked Branch – at the JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa, the perfect cocktail concoction has to be the S’more For Me cocktail. A charming, creative, even joyful, blend of the wittiest ingredients our mixologists could come up with for National S’mores Day: vanilla vodka, chocolate liqueur, butterscotch schnapps, half & half cream and, you can’t celebrate a s’mores holiday without graham crackers.
Come and celebrate this delightful holiday at Crooked Branch, and then head out to the s’mores pit in the back yard to continue the party with your own truly s’mores creation.

S’more For Me
1 oz Absolut Vanilla Vodka
½ oz Godiva Chocolate Liqueur
½ oz Buttershots Butterscotch Schnapps
½ oz Half & Half Cream
Method:
Rim martini glass with Graham Cracker and Sugar.
Build all ingredients in pint glass.
Shake and strain into chilled and rimmed martini glass.
Top with whipped cream and graham cracker sprinkle.
Sour Power “Sour Hour” cocktail for National Whiskey Sour Day – August 28th
Imagine yourself immersed in the relaxation of an evening nestled in JW Marriott San Antonio Hill Country Resort & Spa’s 18 Oaks bar overlooking the TPC San Antonio Golf Course. While comfortably sitting there, possibly waiting for your dining experience to get underway, you could elevate this prized moment by ordering the Sour Hour cocktail, which is offered as a simple way to celebrate National Whiskey Sour Day.
Inspired by the Texas Hill Country backdrop, the 18 Oaks mixologists blended this smoky drink to sooth the palette with a little touch of sweet and a kick of sour.
Sour Hour

1 ¾ oz. 1835 Bourbon
1 oz. Fresh Lemon Juice
1 oz. Agave Nectar
Floated with Century Cellars Cabernet
Method:
Shake bourbon, lemon juice, and agave. Pour over ice. Float with cabernet.
