Cazadores, Craigellachie & Aberfeldy make Cocktails Ready for Summer
With warmer weather and longer days around the corner, Here are a few refreshing cocktail recipes to ensure you’re ready for BBQs and after work happy hours!
Crafted by Jessica Friedman of The Dead Rabbit in New York, the Breeze de Los Altos is a refreshing drink made with Tequila Cazadores Blanco, mint syrup, cucumber and lemon. Top it off with coconut water and grab your sunscreen before heading to the beach.
The Speyside Soda and Macleod Highball are two simple highball recipes that are perfect for cooling you down after a day in the sun. The Speyside Soda deliciously combines Craigellachie 13 with cream soda and pineapple, while the Macleod Highball mixes Aberfeldy 12 with St-Germain, soda water and lemon.
Listed below are the full recipes for all three cocktails.
Breeze de Los Altos | Crafted by Jessica Friedman, Assistant General Manager, The Dead Rabbit, NYC.
– 1 ½ oz. Tequila Cazadores Reposado
– ¾ oz. Mint Syrup
– ¼ oz. Cucumber
– ½ oz. Lemon
– 1 ½ oz. Coconut Water
Method: Combine all ingredients in a glass over ice. Top with coconut water.
– 2 oz. Craigellachie 13 Year Old
– 3-4 oz. Cream Soda
Method: Pour all ingredients in a highball glass, and garnish with a pineapple wedge.
– 2 oz. Aberfeldy 12 Year Old
– 3 oz. Soda Water
– 1 oz. St-Germain
Method: Pour all ingredients in a highball glass, and garnish with a lemon twist.
