On Monday April 29th, Hard Rock Cafe San Antonio debuted its newest opening act—the breakfast menu! The restaurant’s new morning offerings include both savory and sweet options to start guests’ days on a high note. Some of the new breakfast menu offerings include favorites like Chicken and Waffles, Breakfast Burritos, French Toast and the star of the show, the Slider Benedict—a toasted English muffin topped with sautéed spinach, burger slider, poached egg, hollandaise and chopped bacon.

“Aspiring artists” can fuel up with breakfast kid’s menu offerings such as Classic Waffles and Pint Size Pancakes or fill up with the Roxstars Breakfast, including two scrambled eggs, toast and fresh strawberries and blueberries.
