As you know… Bloody Marys are a staple at Brunch and since January 1 is National Bloody Mary Day, no New Year’s Brunch would be complete without them. If you are looking to up your game, these three recipes will fit the bill — no resolution needed!

Trail’s End Bacon Mary

A Bloody Mary made with bourbon? Definitely when you add bacon! #Trails_End

Celery salt

1 ½ oz Trail’s End Bourbon

2 dashes Hot Sauce

2 dashes Worcestershire Sauce

1 teaspoon Wasabi (more to taste)

Tomato Juice

Lime wedge and black pepper for garnish

Celery stalk and bacon strip

Run the lime wedge around the rim of a mason jar. Sprinkle the rim with black pepper. Fill with ice. Add all ingredients, stir and garnish with a celery stick and strip of crispy bacon.

Harvest Tomato Cooler

For those who resolved to eat (and) drink better, this Bloody Mary uses organic vodka and fresh ingredients. #AmericanHarvestVodka

Bloody Marys

1 slice lemon
3 to 4 purple basil leaves
3 ounces fresh squeezed tomato juice (about 4 small to medium tomatoes)
2 ounces American Harvest Organic Vodka
Splash of hot sauce
Purple basil to garnish

Add the lemon to a cocktail shaker. Tear the basil and add it with the lemon. Muddle the two together.

Strain the tomato juice to remove seeds and add it to the cocktail shaker. Add the American Harvest Vodka and hot sauce, and then add a handful of ice. Cover and shake until well chilled.

Fill a short cocktail glass with ice, strain the cocktail into the glass, and garnish with basil.

Bloody Oyster Shooters

Absinthe and oysters are a great pair, and the anise notes in absinthe make a delicious Bloody Mary. There is no better way to start the year than with this three-some! #Lucid_Absinthe
