What Bubbly will You be Serving During the Holidays?
The holidays just call for bubbly. What bubbly will you be serving at your parties? I have some suggestions for some great sparkling wines that everyone will love and won’t break the bank.
Ruffino Estates knew that the secret to producing the best Tuscan wines meant having access to the best vineyards. With this philosophy in mind, Ruffino has, over the years, assembled a collection of top estates in Tuscany’s most important fine wine appellations.
Prosecco is a sparkling white wine made only in specific provinces of northeastern Italy. All Prosecco wines are made primarily from the Glera grape, a native variety with origins in the lovely village of Prosecco, near Trieste. The Glera grape gives the wine structure and body and is considered to be the heart of Prosecco wines, just as Sangiovese is the heart of Tuscan wines. Ruffino Prosecco DOC is made entirely of Glera grapes. It’s easy-to-drink style makes it a versatile food companion. Prosecco is also perfect as an aperitif or mixed into cocktails.
Enjoy RUFFINO Prosecco on its own or mix it into a favorite cocktail for the perfect celebratory drink. The crisp, clean liquid releases flavors of apples and peaches lead to a pleasant finish with lingering fruit and floral notes.
