October Brings Cocktail Recipes To Celebrate Día de los Muertos

October brings with it Día de los Muertos cocktail recipes. Day of the Dead is a time for family and friends to honor their loved ones that have passed, but more importantly celebrate their loved ones lives as well!

Far from being a somber holiday, many celebrate the dead through colorful festivities, delicious food and a whole lot of tequila. Casa Noble Tequila has some delicious cocktails for you to stir up and toast with as you celebrate your deceased friends and family members.

Phoenix Rising

Ingredients

2 oz Casa Noble Añejo Tequila

4 slices grapefruit

0.5 oz orange curaçao

0.25 oz Aperol

Orange peel

Directions

Muddle grapefruit in a shaker. Add ice, Casa Noble, orange curaçao, and Aperol. Shake until chilled. Strain into glass over ice. Squeeze orange peelrub around rim and drop into glass.

Ingredients

0.75 oz Casa Noble Crystal Tequila

0.75 oz lemon juice

0.75 oz orange liqueur

0.75 oz vermouth

1 drop absinthe

Cherry

Directions

Place all ingredients, except absinthe and cherry, into shaker with ice. Shake until chilled. Strain into glass. Garnish with absinthe and cherry.

Ingredients

2 oz Casa Noble Reposado Tequila

1 oz pear purée

0.25 tsp cinnamon

0.25 tsp allspice

0.5 oz lemon juice

1 dash black walnut bitters

Small dash orange soda

Small prickly pear soda

Cinnamon stick

Directions

Place Casa Noble, pear purée, cinnamon, allspice, lemon juice, and bitters into shaker with ice. Shake until chilled. Strain into glass over ice. Top with soda. Garnish with cinnamon stick.
