Matcha Tea Latte with Cashew Milk

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup Raw cashew nuts
  • 1 teaspoon Matcha tea powder

Instructions:

  1. Soak raw cashew nuts in a bowl of water overnight or for 6-8 hours.
  2. Put together Hurom juicer’s topset with a fine strainer. Close the juice cap, and close the pulp control lever.
  3. Add soaked cashew nuts and filtered water at 1:1 ratio to the juicer. Extract silky cashew milk.
  4. Whisk matcha powder in a bowl of hot water (½ cup) to make matcha paste.
  5. Add freshly made cashew milk to your matcha paste.
  6. Serve cold or hot. Enjoy!

Ingredients:

  • Milk 200ml
  • Boiled Sweet Potato 100g

Instructions:

  1. Close the juice cap and the lever, and fill the chamber with milk
  2. Put sweet potato which has been cut into cubes one by one
  3. Operate the machine until all ingredients are well mixed
  4. When extraction is almost finished, place the lever in half-opened position to release compressed pulp

Apple Carott Juice

  • 1 cup orange
  • ½ cup carrot
  • ¾ cup apple

Instructions:

  1. Peel orange, and slice into appropriate sizes
  2. Wash carrots thoroughly, remove the seeds from the apple, and slice
  3. Put lever on “close.” Alternate the insertion of orange, carrot and apple

  • Green leaf vegetables
  • Bananas
  • According to preference: apples, pears, milk, yogurt

Instructions:

  1. Clean green leaf vegetables and cut in right size
  2. Close the juice cap and put them in HUROM. After extraction, fill up green vegetables juice with the chamber
  3. Put bananas in the chamber. According to your preference, add additional fruits or milk/yogurt
  4. Mix bananas well enough with green vegetable juice
