Unbelievably Stunning Chocollazo Sculpted Chocolates Spin Their Way Into the McNay
These unbelievably stunning chocolates are not only miniature artistic masterpieces of fine art, they are rich, sweet confections of deliciousness. Mary Collazo, chocolatier extraordinaire, is the artist behind these culinary delights. This chocolate master artist makes chocolates filled with unique flavors like balsamic fig, and caramel macchiato to tried and true favorite flavors like vanilla bean and raspberry. But her abilities to create candy with truly eye appealing finesse is where she seems to reign supreme. Using over 30 primary luster colors, gold and silver powder and every color of edible glitter available on the market Mary paints, splatters and dusts every piece of her art into fine jewels. And it doesn’t stop there. She molds her crafted pieces into designer shapes like Buddha heads, geometric shapes, pyramids and so much more. If fact, I think this chocolate guru can create just about anything put before her. Her pieces of chocolate art should be in a museum!
So it is no wonder that this artist of chocolate will be bringing her craft to the McNay Art Museum for their Art Vinyl: Spin It Your Way event. Crafted chocolate record lollipops will really be putting a new spin on chocolate and the Art Vinyl event. She will also have some of her delicious dessert shooters on hand to satisfy your sweet tooth.
