Fun Spring Picnic and 5k Garden Gallop at Johnson’s Backyard Garden is Saturday, March 31st

Mark your calendar!  Johnson’s Backyard Garden’s annual fun Spring Picnic and 5k Garden Gallop is Saturday, March 31st from 11am-2:30pm.  Adult tickets are only $5.  As always, kids under 12 get in free. This event will take place at our Garfield, Texas farm nestled on the banks of the Colorado River at 4008 River Road, 78612.

Our 5k Garden Gallop and 1 mile Kids Fun Run is perfect for runners and walkers alike, and is truly the best way to see our working organic farm.  Skip past our compost pile, jog through towers of tomatoes, and celebrate the season with your friends and family. We can’t wait to share our lush fields of carrots and rows of budding Spring crops.  A big thank you to Steve and our friends at Rogue Running who help us turn our bustling farm into a dynamic race course every spring.
