Kimura Pop-up brings its Ramen to Southtown Starting January 13th
Ramen is coming to Southtown thanks to Kimura Pop-up! Art and food come together starting at 6 p.m. on Saturday, January 13th, in Kimura’s first ever pop-up shop in Freight Gallery and Studios. Experience authentic ramen from Kimura while you elevate your perspective through breathtaking art. Enjoy light bites of steamed edamame, cucumber sunomono, and pickled egg to start, then indulge in a warm bowl of Kimura’s house favorite ramen served with a pickled egg, green onions, marinated shiitake mushrooms, fish cake, nori, and your choice of miso broth or tonkotsu broth, served with or without pork belly. Beer & sake will also be served during the event. Hurry over as there will be a limited number of bowls available, and when they’re out, they’re out!
Ramen never looked so good and Southtown will be pleased to have this noodle shop close to home. Especially now that it is cold outside! So get on over and give Kimura a try.
