No Shave November at Hotel Valencia Riverwalk Marked by Donating 20% of Sales from Three Specialty Cocktails

Hotel Valencia Riverwalk is launching its fourth annual No Shave November fundraising campaign. Beginning on Nov. 1, selected hotel managers at Hotel Valencia Riverwalk and several friends of the hotel will throw away their razors for the month in the goal of raising eyes and awareness for cancer prevention.


Throughout the month of November, 20 percent of sales from select cocktails will benefit the American Cancer Society. The three No Shave November specialty cocktails are:

  • The Manly Margarita
  • The Mustache Mule
  • The Long Island Goa-Tee


Stop into Dorrego’s or Naranja to sample each of the three cocktails or treat yourself to one at home with the following recipes.


Manly Margarita

No Shave November

  • 1.5 oz. Bulleit bourbon
  • 0.5 oz. Cointreau
  • 3 oz. homemade margarita mix


Margarita Mix (one gallon)

  • 2 quarts fresh squeezed lime
  • 1 quart agave nectar
  • 1 quart hot water
  • 1 cup orange juice


Mustache Mule

No Shave November

  • 1.5 oz. Blue Ice Vodka
  • Splash cranberry juice
  • Juice of two lime wedges
  • Fever-Tree ginger beer to fill


Long Island Goa-Tea

No Shave November

  • 0.75 oz. Seagram’s Vodka
  • 0.75 oz. Seagram’s Gin
  • 0.75 oz. Bacardi Rum
  • 0.75 oz. Dekupyer Triple Sec
  • 1.25 oz. lemon juice
  • 1.25 oz. lime juice
  • Coca Cola to fill
