10th Vintage of Perry’s Reserve Wines is Celebrated at First Pour Event Oct 19th

Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille will host a First Pour event to celebrate its 10th vintage offering of Perry’s Reserve wines on Thursday, Oct. 19 at Perry’s Steakhouse La Cantera (15900 La Cantera Pkwy #22200, San Antonio, TX 78256).

Two new vintages, the 2015 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon and the 2016 Reserve Chardonnay, will be introduced at the First Pour event, along with a beautiful new bottle design and the Perry’s Magnum and larger formats. To celebrate, Perry’s La Cantera will offer patrons half-priced bottles of Perry’s Reserve Cabernet and Perry’s Reserve Chardonnay in both the 750 mL and magnum sizes with the purchase of two entrées from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Oct. 19.

“We are thrilled to celebrate 10 years of Perry’s Reserve Wines by unveiling our newest vintages to loyal patrons in San Antonio,” says Susi ZIvanovic, corporate sommelier and beverage director of Perry’s Steakhouse & Grille.  “The 2016 Reserve Chardonnay and 2015 Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon were thoughtfully chosen to compliment Perry’s Steakhouse menu items, and we are also proud to debut the new bottle design, Magnum and larger formats.”

The 2016 Reserve Chardonnay offers enticing aromas of tart Granny Smith apples, citrus, pineapple, mango and sweet lemon curd, complimenting Perry’s Iced Seafood Tower, Grilled Salmon or Chef’s Chicken & Roasted Carrots. The Reserve 2015 Cabernet Sauvignon is highly complex boasting rich aromas of cherry, currant, cedar, espresso, dark berry, toffee and mocha, pairing perfectly with Prime Bone-In Cowboy Ribeye, Coffee-Crusted Filet Mignon or Double-Cut Lamb Chops.
