Summer Cocktails as Pretty as Your Flip Flops
Who says summer cocktails can’t be pretty as well as delicious! Now here is a holiday worth celebrating! Nothing says summer like Flip Flops… and what better way to get into the spirit of summer cocktails season than raising a glass to National Flip Flop Day — June 16th!!
Ocean Breeze
1 oz. Beach Whiskey Island Coconut
1/2 oz. Peach Schnapps
1/2 oz. Blue Curacao
Top with Pineapple Juice and Sprite
Mix all in an ice-filled glass, Garnish with a pineapple wedge
4-5 fresh basil leaves
2 oz. RIPE Agave Lemon Sour Juice
1 oz. American Harvest Organic Vodka
Soda water
Basil leaves for Garnish
Fill serving glass with ice. In a shaker half filled with ice, add basil leaves and dry shake. Add RIPE and American Harvest and shake for 3-5 minutes. Strain into chilled glass, top with soda and garnish.
Berry Whiskey Smash
2 oz Trail’s End Bourbon
1 1/2 oz. RIPE Agave Lemon Sour Juice
3-4 Blackberries
3-4 Raspberries
Dash of bitters
Lightly muddle berries and RIPE in a rocks glass. Add ice, Trail’s End Bourbon and top with dash of bitters.
Festive Fleur
1 1/2 oz. CAMUS Borderies VSOP
1 oz. RIPE Founder’s Blend Orange Juice
1/2 oz. Vanilla Syrup
3 oz Soda water
Fresh violet for garnish
Put all ingredients except soda water in a shaker with ice. Shake and strain into an ice filled glass. Top with soda and garnish with a fresh violet.
Mango Berry Boozy Doozies
2 cups diced frozen mango
8 medium strawberries, hulled & sliced
2 cups RIPE Founder’s Blend Orange Juice
2 oz. DANZKA Citrus Vodka
Rough chop 4 strawberries. In a blender, blend remaining ingredients. Skim froth off with spoon and discard. Fill popsicle molds with mixture about 3/4 full. Divide chopped strawberries among popsicles. Freeze about 12 hours before serving.
