I tried the Southwest Chipotle Bowl and the Sesame Sriracha Bowl. The blend of cauliflower, kale, kohlrabi, sweet potatoes, black beans, chipotle corn salsa & shredded cheddar cheese in the Southwest Chipotle has all the southwest flavors you love. You can enjoy this meal as is for a vegetarian dish for one with just 220 calories.  But by simply adding grilled beef tips along with grilled onions you raise the bar on this meal a notch and make it enough for two.

The Sesame Sriracha Bowl is a perfect combination of Asian flavors packed with broccoli, kohlrabi, cabbage, carrots, snap peas, brown rice and a spicy sesame sriracha sauce. Cooked as is this bowl is perfect for the vegan diet with a mild spiciness sure to please with only 310 calories.
