To start or follow a Romantic meal, delight your special someone with this Valentine’s Day cocktail Recipe:

  • ½ oz. Lemon
  • ¼ oz. Honey
  • ½ oz. Grenadine
  • ½ oz. White Rum
  • ½ oz. Crème de Cacao
  • Blend, Shake, & Pour

1. Bananas Foster – Bananas Caramelized to a Golden Hue, Sautéed in Citrus, Banana Liquor, and Brandy – Left Simmering over Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream

2. Cherries Jubilee – Flamed Cherries, Sautéed in Butter, Cherry Liquor, and Brown Sugar – Served hot over Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream

3. Strawberries Imperial – Ruby Red Strawberries, Sautéed with a Savory Strawberry Liquor, Brandy – Served hot over Homemade Vanilla Ice Cream

Bananas Fosters Recipe:

• 2 tablespoons butter, diced

• 1/4 cup brown sugar

• 1 oz banana liquor

• 1 1/4 oz brandy

• 1 orange wedge

• 2 scoops of vanilla ice cream


Melt butter. Add brown sugar until it caramelizes. Squeeze orange wedge and stir. Combine banana liquor and brandy together, then add to caramel sauce. Set on fire! Reduce until flames are extinguished and pour over ice cream. Serve and enjoy!
