WHAT: Ring in 2017 with MAX’s Wine Dive at the annual New Year’s Eve Masquerade! Bring your most festive mask and join the restaurant as they toast the turn of the New Year and say goodbye to 2016. On December 31, 2016, MAX’s Wine Dive, located in Quarry Village, will be hosting a celebration complete with a special prefix dinner, festive photo booth, live music by the Martian Jazz Trio, and a midnight Champagne toast and balloon drop.
Executive Chef Butch Blache has expertly crafted a three-course menu, which can be highlighted with an optional wine pairing:
Candied Bacon Fried Deviled Eggs
Charred Kale & Tomato Salad
Paired with: Lovo Prosecco or Classic Cotes du Rhone
Paired with: Chateau Garreau Blanc or Ghisolfi ‘Otto Note’ Barbera
Pan Seared Crab Cakes
Red Chile Ribeye
Paired with: Scalabrone Rose or Assembly Old Vine Zinfandel
