Healthee Rice is Delicious, Vegan and Ready to Eat

I had the opportunity to try all three flavors. I used the Fried Style rice as a base for a fresh vegan bowl filled with roasted eggplant, diced cucumber, green onion, avocado, tomatoes and black beans. It was a perfect combination.

The Turmeric rice I used as a side dish to go with a stir fry of beef and broccoli. The flavor of this rice paired wonderfully with the ginger and soy in the stir fry.

The Coconut rice I decided to add to a Muesli cereal I made with raw rolled oats, dried apples, raisins and cranberries, and nuts which I cooked in coconut milk. The rice was great in the mix and added even more fiber to the dish. Wonderful with cinnamon sprinkled on top!

I enjoyed all three flavors and liked how these rice meals were easy to prepare. They are perfect when you want something nutritious but don’t have time or feel like cooking. Perfect for work and easy to add as an accompaniment to almost any meal. This was my first time trying any of the shelf stable ready-to-eat rice meals available at my grocery store and I was pleasantly surprised at how good these tasted.
