Nao Latin Gastro Bar is excited to announce their a new fall dinner menu. The Culinary Institute of America at San Antonio announced today that the new fall dinner menu is now available at Nao Latin Gastro Bar. “With our upcoming Latin Summit at the end of the month, in which we will celebrate the cuisine and wines of Argentina and Chile, we have purposely slanted the menu choices to reflect the rich cuisine of these two countries and added other favorite dishes from Latin America,” said John Carpenter, Chef de Cuisine at Nao Latin Gastro Bar. “I am very excited to offer this fall menu to our guests.”

Nao Latin Gastro Bar’s new dinner menu includes starters to share, such as Empanadas with corn, salsa blanca, and ají verde; Burrata and Charbroiled Beets with basil and orange; and Pork Belly Skewers with chicharrón ají verde, and cilantro.
