Taste of Texas at The Well, Located at 5539 UTSA Boulevard

Chef Chemo Barrera is at the helm of The Well and believes in from-scratch cooking all while paying his respects to the Lone Star State. His Chocolate Pecan Pie is every Texan’s fantasy – decadent chocolate and a luscious pecan filling that will surely remind you of Grandma (except way better).
Taste of Italy at Il Forno, Located at 122 Nogalitos

The Pizza Popsicle – you read that right, pizza flavors IN. A. Popsicle. It’s what we call a marriage of savory and sweet and a bucket list menu item. Il Forno uses their mozzarella milk and tomato and basil jam to create a dreamy flavor that is nothing like you’ve ever had before, you just have to try it to understand.
A Taste of the Hill Country at The Clean Plate, Located at1022 N Main Avenue

Chef Cat New uses butter braised Hill country Texas peaches, peach jam, homemade shortbread and Amy’s Mexican Vanilla ice cream to make the perfect A La Mode Peach Tart. This chef’s mission is to provide meals to San Antonio that are sustainably and respectfully sourced. Mom would be proud. A Taste of Japan at Sukeban, Located at 1420 S. Alamo Street

Sukeban is known for their champagne bar and their dessert champagne, Laurent-Perrier Demi-Sec pair this bubble with a green tea cheesecake and call yourself the luckiest person on the planet. The deep flavors of the bubbly has a range of aromas, such as dried fruit, almonds and hazelnuts, with grilled and toasted hints. Complemented by the hints of green tea and honey drizzle of Sukeban’s signature dessert.
